We understand the importance of getting your heated wetsuit to you as quickly as possible, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order on time. Our shipping rates are competitive and vary depending on the shipping destination and the weight of the package. We use only the best packaging materials to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Customer to pay for any additional taxes or duties imposed by their country of origin.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

At WETTIE WARMAZ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

​We will be pleased to process and return, exchange any product, or refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions*:

  • Products must be returned within 28 days of purchase;
  • The product you are seeking to return or exchange must not have been used in the water,
  • and we must receive the product in new condition in its original packaging;
  • You are responsible for the cost of posting the product back to WETTIE WARMAZ Wetsuit Heaters warehouse for exchange or refund (and we will then post the exchange back to you at no charge)

Before returning an item via post, please email our customer service team at info@wettiewarmaz.com and we will reply with instructions how to return your wetsuit heaters back to us for exchange or refund.


When you contact us please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Your name, order number and postal address;
  • The date your order was placed;
  • and The reason you are seeking to return your purchase.


Our customer service team will then review your request and provide instructions how to return your purchase for us for exchange, repair or refund.


If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery) will be refunded to the original payment method once we receive and identify the product.


*We reserve the right, without limitation, to refuse to accept any return that does not comply with the return conditions outlined above.
